The tackle box of answers
Yes. Look to Hook is free for Fish, with no subscription or monthly fee. Fishers can cast a Hook for free, too. Optional Lures are convenience tools that help narrow the audience for an event.
Look to Hook starts with something real to do. A Fisher casts a Baited Hook for a specific activity, date, time, and place. Eligible Fish can Nibble, and the Fisher chooses who to Hook.
Once both sides agree, chat opens so you can confirm the plan, meet, and make waves. Communication is tied to an actual event rather than an endless inbox.
Lures are optional filters for age, gender, and distance. They help a Fisher focus a Baited Hook, but they are never required for a Fish to use the app.
Look to Hook is for adults 18 and older. Safety features include reporting tools, profile and photo moderation, account suspension, and a clear complaint process.
Look to Hook is currently in active beta testing across phone, tablet, and desktop experiences. Availability may expand as testing progresses.
